Chocolatey Goodness

It’s that time of the year again – exam finals. It’s a period of time when students take advantage of Weldon’s 24-hour hospitality, and when students instinctively choose to throw away any trace of healthy-living, and instead, to replace it with irregular sleep schedules and poor eating choices. Even though acing those finals is important, REMEMBER that good health comes first. Here is a really simple, delicious and good-for-you ‘recipe’ on how to make a hot cup of Chocolate Chai Milk Tea.

There’s only 4 ingredients (all of which are packed with health benefits); It takes a minute to make, and it is much better for you than a sugary Timmie’s French Vanilla or Starbuck’s White Mocha (even those two choices are yummy…).

What you’ll need is a little bit of almond milk and organic honey, one PC’s Chocolate Chai tea bag and a cup of boiled water.

All you have to do is 1) Steep your tea bag in boiling water for about 30 seconds (You’ll smell the yummy scent of chocolate fill your kitchen… mmmm). 2) Add a bit of honey and mix it with a spoon. 3) Add a tiny bit of almond milk and again, mix it with a spoon. THAT’S IT!

Here are close-up’s of the nutrition facts.

See… I wasn’t lying when I said this was super easy, and super good for you☺

Happy tea-making,
And of course...
Have a great holiday, Western!
