"Three sweet words: TAKE ME AGAIN” – Joey Zhou

CAISA Formal: Three Sweet Words took place on the night of November 18th at a London restaurant called Aroma. Unfortunately I missed out on the unforgettable night (which I totally regret!). In order to provide the most accurate and genuine representation of the night, I compiled reviews and photos from those who did attend the CAISA Formal. As relayed back to me by several people, CAISA Formal was a sensational night filled with good company, hilarious games, a scrumptious 3-course meal, and a phenomenal performance by Hip-Hop Western.
One of the games involving 'couples'.

Chicken Breast stuffed with feta and spinach, with a peppercorn sauce served with vegetables and roast garlic potatoes. Homemade cheesecake with berries.

HIP-HOP Western

1) What was your favourite part of CAISA formal?
“The food and Hip Hop Western were the highlights of my night. It's my third formal in as many years, and the food has never let me down. This year I was able to try both dinner options and each was equally delicious. Hip Hop Western added a new element to the entertainment that formal usually brings and I hope this becomes a continued tradition.” – James Liu
“My favourite part of CAISA formal was sitting with the honourable fashion show director, Adrienne Lee” – Derrick Hui

“My favourite part was definitely seeing my friends all dressed up and enjoying a nice meal together. The atmosphere was very pleasant and it added a nice twist to an otherwise-typical Friday night.” - Joshua Hwang
“My favorite part of formal would definitely be the classy venue. As students we don't have that much opportunity to get dressed up and enjoy a simple yet eloquent night out. Formal definitely provided me with some girly down time to enjoy the aspect of dressing up.” – Kaitlyn Lee
“Favourite part was the food, hands down. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious.” – Joey Zhou

2) Describe the meal served at CAISA formal.
“My 3 course meal: Caesar salad to start, feta stuffed chicken with vegetables topped with a wonderful cream sauce to complete the entree, and a cheesecake for dessert.” – James Liu
“The meal was great, I thought that the demi-glazed vegetables really complemented the contrasting tones of the chicken and potato wedges. Absolutely. Delicious.” – Derrick Hui
“Each diner had a selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from. I personally started off with an Italian wedding soup, followed by roasted chicken with vegetables, and cheesecake for dessert. The food was phenomenal, and ordering a nice red wine to go along with the meal was a very good decision.” - Joshua Hwang
